Andy Lipko, Maryland has been a member of Miniature Carousel Builders since 1999. This is his third carousel, built in 2003, and he has one currently in construction. Andy was inspired to use a bulldog theme because he had been employed by Mack Truck, Inc. before retirement and Bulldogs is their logo. Andy's wife, Rita, paints some of the animals, and travels with Andy to club exhibits.
