[Auburn Hills, MI]—Carousel’s Icery, a dessert brand featuring a unique, family-secret recipe of fruity, frozen ice with a creamy texture, will be bringing their cool treats to the Great Lakes Crossing Mall this January. Made fresh daily, Carousel’s signature desserts offer a condensed tidal wave of flavor within every swirl—minus the dairy, fat and calories of other frozen treats—served from our kiosks that promise an atmosphere of fun, fellowship, smiles, and refreshment, where every day feels like summer vacation.

The company’s family recipe, first blended and served on the Ocean City, NJ, boardwalk nearly 30 years ago, has already spread to nine cities across the country in just a few short years. Having come a long way, Carousel’s is now also available at professional sports stadiums and within the nation’s top hotel brands, as well as “The Happiest Place on Earth”, Disneyworld in Orlando, Florida.
